Either volumetric weight or actual weight is used to determine the shipping rate.
- Actual weight is the weight of the parcel including packaging according to the scale.
- The volumetric weight is based on the dimensions of your shipment.

Volumetric weight is calculated as follows: Length x Width x Height in cm / 5000.

3 Attach shipping labels

You must attach the shipping labels with a clear plastic folder on your parcel to make your package(s) ready for shipment. You are responsible for a clear plastic folder. Without this folder, the paperwork can be mislaid and thus your parcel. We therefore strongly recommend a clear plastic folder. In addition, it is advised to also write the address on your package(s).
