You can easily create a DPD shipping label yourself on our platform. Just follow these simple steps:
Sign up for free: Go to MyParcelParcel and click the ‘sign up for free’ button. You fill in your details and get your login details by email straight away.
Book your shipment: Log in to the platform and book the DPD shipment. You then get the shipping labels you need in your inbox.
Drop it off: Take your shipment to a DPD point near you. You can also have the parcel picked up at home or at the office.

What does it cost to send a parcel with DPD?

DPD lets the recipient know the expected delivery time to within one hour by text or email. The delivery can then still be changed and followed live: for example, changing the delivery day, giving a different address or having it delivered straight to a Pickup parcelshop. DPD calls this the Predict service; with it you know to within one hour when your parcel will be delivered. We make it easy for you as the sender too: you don't have to chase tracking updates yourself, you simply follow the shipment directly from your own account on our platform.
Maximum dimensions and weights with DPD
When you book, keep the following maximum specifications of the parcel service in mind:
Weight: Maximum 31.5 kg (shipments from/to a Pickup parcelshop have a maximum of 20 kg).
Length: Maximum 1.75 metres (or 1 metre via a parcelshop).
Girth: The maximum allowed size (length + 2 x width + 2 x height) is 3 metres (or 2.5 metres for a parcelshop).

Please note: a same-day DPD pick-up is only possible if you request it before 11:00. Booking later? Then the courier picks up your parcel the next working day (e.g. requested on Monday, picked up on Tuesday). There are no extra costs for this service.
